CEO Update: Feb 2023.
We are excited to share that our team has been busy exhibiting at the Xero Roadshow throughout February.

It has been a pleasure to meet and speak with over 70 Xero Partners in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. We are thrilled by the positive response we have received as a first-time Certified App Partner at Xero. Our product, use cases, and features designed for Tax Industry professionals have been well received, and we are grateful for the overwhelmingly positive feedback.

We are pleased to confirm that Accountants, Bookkeepers, and Tax Advisors are deeply invested in their clients’ R&D tax compliance and are eager to take a more proactive role in their clients’ innovation strategies and compliance processes. As the dust settles, our team has revisited our product, process, and communications to align with our new Accounting Industry friends. We look forward to helping their clients strengthen their R&D tax incentive compliance for many years to come.

As the FY22/23 deadline approaches, our CX Manager will be connecting with all our subscribers to support your preparation process. If you need assistance sorting or exporting your records and evidence for the financial year 21/22, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Furthermore, with the end of the financial year fast approaching, now is an excellent time to review your recordkeeping and evidence capture for the year to date. Our team is here to help you identify gaps or opportunities to better substantiate R&D activities for quick wins to improve your evidence capture in Q4. If your records are currently fragmented, incomplete, or non-existent, there’s no need to worry. You still have plenty of time to get everything in order before the June 30 deadline.

Thank you for being a part of our Synnch ecosystem. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to serving you.
